Our premises in the heart of Hackney, East London, situate us in one of the most creative and vibrant areas of the capital, and make us the most central of all London-based music schools.
We offer a variety of courses in vocals, guitar, bass, sax, drums, keyboard, audio technology and sound engineering. Our courses place an emphasis on modern technique and cover all aspects of performance, composition, recording and music production. Our contemporary and creatively oriented LMS Full Time Courses award the LMS Diploma in Music Performance, Composition and Production, while our BTEC courses award the internationally recognised BTEC Level 3 Diploma. The London Music School is sponsored by Edexcel, the largest education organisation in the UK and the creator of BTEC Vocational Qualifications. We also offer a variety of Part-Time Evening and Saturday Courses, and a popular two-week intensive Summer Course. Audio technology and sound engineering students will benefit from teaching in our commercial recording studios, The London Recording Studios, situated in London’s fashionable Brick Lane.
